Our Nets began with our Saturday night Preservation Net which runs at 9:00 pm (central time). We have had a flurry of people take the net on Saturdays over the years. Some of us cut our teeth running the Preservation Net. It’s where a lot of us learned the basics of running a net properly, but still with our 220 MHz Good Guys fun flare. We, of course, need to start our list of net controllers with two of our favorites that have been on the airwaves for years as net controllers, and they are: Kelvin Jackson (W9BBQ) and Steve Hill (KB9DSQ).
