MEETING CANCELLED - BREAKFAST AND TESTING WILL STILL COMMENCE
In our September Board meeting, we appointed a Nominating Committee for Director elections. Our Nominating Committee consists of Laura Plecki, Steven Hill, and Kelvin Jackson. Our next step as the Nominating Committee is to present any current Directors, wishing to remain for the upcoming new term, to the club members at our October general meeting. These Directors, and anyone else who wishes to put their hat into the ring, (as long as they’ve been a member in good standing for at least one year), would be put on the slate for elections. However, due to unforeseen Club Board circumstances, we have had to cancel the October general club meeting of October 21st. Therefore, the nomination of Directors will commence at the general meeting in November (on November 4th at Zion Lutheran Church). Please check the website calendar for further developments. The Director nominations will be followed-up accordingly in December with the Director elections. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.
